All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable tax, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities, including per-item purchase limits, at our discretion.
Some features, including subscriptions and order history, require a Kinetic Coffee Co. account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing date from your account. No refunds are issued for a billing period that has already shipped, outside of our standard Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect orders.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including shipping and tax.
Shipping estimates are just that, estimates, and we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once a package is handed to the carrier, though we'll always work with you to resolve a lost or damaged shipment.
You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or access data that isn't yours.
Kinetic Coffee Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or our products, beyond the purchase price of the order in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
